• Legal obligation (5/2-ç): retention and response obligations required by law
• Legitimate interest (5/2-f): security, system management, and basic statistics

5) Data Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to hosting/service providers to the extent necessary for service provision, and when required, to foreign service providers. For cross-border transfers, appropriate technical/administrative measures and legal mechanisms in line with KVKK are applied.
